Terms & conditions

Section 1 – Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Lisbonne Experts, lda and its client in the context of the sale of the following services :

1- Private tour of Lisbon, whatever the package.

2- The fado experience

3- Private food walking tour, across the river tagus 

4- Wine tour & tasting in Lisbon.

5- Lisbon for family

6- Jewish Lisbon tour

7- Street art workshop

8- Organisation of events.

Any service provided by Lisbonne Experts, lda. implies the client’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

The other services sold on the website VisitmyLisbon.com are performed by partner companies of Lisbonne Experts, lda. Their general terms and conditions of sale apply. The payment is made in full at least 72 hours before the start of the service, unless it is agreed between the two parties that it will be made on the spot and in cash.

Section 2 : Rate

Prices of goods or services sold are those in force on the day of the reservation request. They are sold in euros. Lisbonne Experts, lda. reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the services at the prices indicated at the time of registration of the reservation.

Section 3 : Rebates and discounts

The rates offered are not subject to discounts or rebates. Children aged between 0 and 7 years are entitled to free services (excluding catering and the Lisbon tour for family).

Section 4 : Escompte

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Section 5 : Terms of payment

Orders can be paid for :

either on the spot in cash ;

or online by credit card;

Section 6 : Late payment

In the case of non-payment of the confirmed services in full or in part, the purchaser shall pay Lisbon Experts, lda. the full amount on the spot and in cash. In case of total or partial non-payment of the confirmed services, Lisbon Experts, lda may cancel the service without prior notice.

Section 7 : Cancellation

No fee shall be charged when the client informs Lisbonne Experts, lda. within fifteen days prior to the day of the service. After this period, the booking fee is retained by Lisbonne Experts, Lda. Nevertheless, a postponement of the service is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the service.

In the event of force majeure (health crisis, strike, bad weather), a postponement is proposed free of charge and without date limit.

Section 8 : payment system

Lisbonne Experts, lda shall not be held responsible for errors in content, viruses or the possible consequences of a security breach in its payment system.

Section 9 : Disagreement

The client understands and agrees that in case of disagreement, the terms of these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any oral or written communication between the client and any of the representatives or partners of Lisbon Experts.

Section 10 : Force majeure

Lisbon Experts. lda shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale is due to force majeure. In this respect, force majeure is understood to be any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.

Section 11 : Litigation

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to Portuguese law.
